Pick your days

Monday through Friday, any combination. Tell us your team size. We size the bake to match.

We bake fresh

Focaccia comes out of the oven the night before. Sandwiches are built starting at 5am. Delivered to your office between 7 and 10am.

Monthly invoice

One invoice at month-end. E-transfer or credit card. Pause or cancel any week with 24 hours' notice. No fees, no contract.

YYC Breakfast Drop is run by Rein — an Alberta-born petroleum engineer who left the rig schedule to become a chef. He trained at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, then spent 2022 in Modena at Massimo Bottura's Franceschetta58, the sister restaurant to the three-Michelin-star Osteria Francescana, and worked at Restaurant De Nieuwe Winkel, a two-Michelin-star kitchen in the Netherlands, before coming home to open Apprentice Cafe in Calgary.

The focaccia recipe came back with him. The discipline — the kind that means you can't miss a delivery — came from a decade running engineering projects on schedule. You get both, every weekday morning.

The short answers.

What if we want to pause for a week?
Just email Rein by 12pm the day before. No fees, no contract clauses. The whole point is making your life easier, not adding obligations.
Can you handle allergies?
We can provide a full ingredient list and the kitchen allergens. We're not a custom-allergen kitchen — if someone has a severe allergy, we recommend they bring their own.
How do we pay?
One monthly invoice, e-transfer or credit card, net-15. We send you a daily count for full transparency.
Can you also do lunch, coffee, or afternoon snacks?
Just breakfast for now — keeping things simple is part of why we can deliver consistently. If breakfast goes well, we can talk about adding lunch later.
What's the minimum order?
15 sandwiches per delivery. Most of our offices fall in the 20-30 range. We can scale a single delivery up to about 80 with a day's notice.
